My new technique inspired by Indonesian Batik process. Painting around the image you want to create and allowing the fabric to show through as the image.

Green silk covered canvas, with matte acrylic paint. Painting around the image allows the fabric’s sheen to almost glow in light against the contrasting matte acrylic.  ($300) leong.jennifer@gmail.com
