Herein passed by the Denver Art Society Judiciary Aug 14, 2009.

  1. You have the right to public exhibit. Your are entitled to the freedom of peacefully sharing your art to the public. You have the right to receive 100% of the sales value of your artwork.
  2. You have the right to freedom from censorship. You shall not be censored. You have the right to peacefully share anything you create.
  3. You have the right to freedom of expression. No peaceful form of expression shall be threatened.

Our Right to Creativity

Creativity has created untold opportunities for Denver. From the enormous wealth on Santa Fe Dr to the Center for Performing Arts to Red Rocks, our arts are an essential part of who we are. Why art?

Denver Art Society stands up for the fundamental right of every person to have access to basic art education, art supplies, and art marketplaces. We ask your help in carrying out our three principle projects.

Denver Public Art University is our project to deliver offer art education to every student in Denver. Denver Public Art Project is our project to guarantee everyone in Denver the right to public exhibit. Art For All is our project to market Denver art to the world.
